Bruno Selun • Founder
Bruno is a strategy facilitator and moderator. After 15 years working in European policy-making, Bruno has helped a range of international clients – foundations, universities, companies, institutions and NGOs – achieve measurable and transformative impact through purposeful gatherings.
Bruno is an ‘IAF-Certified’ Professional Facilitator, a member of the International Association of Facilitators, and served on the board of its Belgian chapter. He was a 2018 Young Transatlantic Innovation Leader Initiative (YTILI) Fellow and a 2017 Marshall Memorial Fellow with the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
Stephanie Berger • Director
Stephanie supports businesses developing a human-centred focus, making customers happy and employees engaged. This means understanding the ‘Why’ of customers or helping organisations uncover existing culture to better shape a new, innovative work environment.
As a facilitator, she designs bespoke formats to tap into teams’ collective intelligence. As a service design coach, she captures the shared assumptions in the room and transforms them into testable hypotheses. She also supports transformation teams in communicating change to employees to accelerate implementation.
She has coached teams in Dutch, French and English, and has worked for policy agencies, SMEs, as well as for larger companies such as ING and KBC.
Tamara Makoni • Facilitator
Tamara is an inclusion specialist who works as a facilitator, moderator and strategic advisor. She is skilled at creating engaging experiences and providing hands-on guidance and tools for building inclusive events, workplaces and communities. She works extensively with non-profits as well as multinational corporations, and counts ENAR Foundation, WWF, AGEE, Swiss Life and Aliaxis amongst her former clients.
Tamara’s areas of expertise are intersectionality, cross-cultural collaboration and inclusive leadership. Her thought leadership has been featured in several publications, and in 2024 EU Insider named her a top voice to follow in DEI.
Caroline Détré • Administration Manager
Caroline brings extensive experience to the Kumquat team, with 15 years in project management and over a decade as an executive assistant to the CEO of an international company.
Her expertise lies in managing complex schedules, streamlining operations, and leveraging digital tools to simplify processes. Passionate about creating an exceptional client experience, Caroline takes pride in handling administrative tasks to ensure that the Kumquat team can remain fully focused on their core business.
