Stephanie supports businesses developing a human-centred focus, making customers happy and employees engaged. This means understanding the ‘Why’ of customers or helping organisations uncover existing culture to better shape a new, innovative work environment.
As a facilitator, she designs bespoke formats to tap into teams’ collective intelligence. As a service design coach, she captures the shared assumptions in the room and transforms them into testable hypotheses. She also supports transformation teams in communicating change to employees to accelerate implementation.
She has coached teams in Dutch, French and English, and has worked for policy agencies, SMEs, as well as for larger companies such as ING and KBC.
Bruno Selun · Founder
Bruno is a strategy facilitator and moderator. After 15 years working in European policy-making, Bruno has helped a range of international clients – foundations, universities, companies, institutions and NGOs – achieve measurable and transformative impact through purposeful gatherings.
Bruno is an IAF-Certified™ Professional Facilitator, a member of the International Association of Facilitators, and served on the board of its Belgian chapter. He was a 2018 Young Transatlantic Innovation Leader Initiative (YTILI) Fellow and a 2017 Marshall Memorial Fellow with the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
Johanna Garcia · Administration Manager
Johanna brings her passion for operational management to Kumquat. She discovered her love and talent for organisation and project management while assisting multiple teams and leaders in various industries. After running her own company and managing successfully 140 projects as an art director & space designer, she decided to pursue her career as an executive assistant and in that role joined the Kumquat team.
Her multi-faceted approach encompasses automation, processes and admin management – all in the service of excellent administration for Kumquat’s clients.
